1. الجهة المقدمة ونطاق الشروط

تقدم كازرين شركة مساق الأعمال للتجارة ذات مسؤولية محدودة (مساق بزنس)، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بترخيص من ميدان فري زون رقم 2310251.01. تنطبق هذه الشروط على الموقع العام ومساحة التجربة. أي خدمة تجارية مدفوعة أو تشغيل فعلي تتطلب عرضاً واتفاقاً منفصلين يحددان النطاق والأسعار والدعم ومسؤوليات الأطراف.

2. الحساب والتجربة

يمكن إنشاء حساب مجاني لتجربة الوظائف المتاحة. عليك تقديم معلومات حساب صحيحة، وحماية كلمة المرور، وإدارة صلاحيات من تدعوهم إلى مساحة شركتك. تتغير الوظائف التجريبية مع التطوير وقد لا تكون متاحة دائماً. لا توجد عملية شراء أو دفع عبر الموقع حالياً.

استخدم بيانات اختبار فقط. لا تعتمد على مساحة التجربة لحفظ بيانات منشأتك الفعلية أو تشغيل أعمالها أو إصدار مستندات نظامية.

3. حدود الوظائف والمستندات

قد تعرض المنصة نماذج عروض أسعار وفواتير وحسابات ضريبية وسندات وتوقيعات إلكترونية بغرض الفحص. معاينة الفاتورة ليست فاتورة ضريبية معتمدة، ولا تصلح للإقرار أو التحصيل أو تقديمها إلى جهة رسمية. التوقيع التجريبي لا يثبت هوية الموقّع ولا يُعد شهادة توقيع مؤهلة. يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التحقق من أي مخرجات قبل استعمالها خارج التجربة.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

يُسمح باستخدام الموقع والتجربة لأغراض مشروعة وضمن الصلاحيات الممنوحة لك. لا يجوز محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات الآخرين، أو تعطيل الخدمة، أو رفع محتوى ضار، أو إدخال بيانات لا تملك حق استخدامها. يجوز لنا تقييد الوصول عند إساءة الاستخدام أو وجود خطر أمني، مع مراعاة الحقوق التي يقررها القانون.

5. ملكية المحتوى والبيانات

تحتفظ شركة مساق بحقوق كازرين وبرمجياتها وتصميمها وعلامتها، ما لم يرد نص مخالف في اتفاق مكتوب. تبقى لك الحقوق في البيانات التي تُدخلها، وتمنحنا الإذن اللازم لمعالجتها لتشغيل مساحة التجربة وفق سياسة الخصوصية. لا تنقل هذه الشروط ملكية بياناتك إلينا.

6. التوافر والمسؤولية

تُقدم التجربة في وضع التطوير، وقد تتغير أو تتوقف للصيانة أو المعالجة. لا نعد بصلاحيتها للتشغيل التجاري أو الامتثال التنظيمي في وضعها الحالي. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حقوق أو مسؤوليات لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون المنطبق.

7. التحديثات والقانون والتواصل

قد نحدّث الشروط مع تطور الخدمة، ونعلن تاريخ التعديل على هذه الصفحة. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم دبي بالنزاعات، مع مراعاة أي اختصاص أو حقوق إلزامية يقررها القانون. للاستفسارات راسل info@qazryn.com.

1. Provider and scope

QAZRYN is provided by Masaq Al Aamal Trading Limited Liability Company (Masaq Business), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Meydan Free Zone licence 2310251.01. These terms cover the public website and trial workspace. Any paid commercial service or live operation requires a separate proposal and agreement defining scope, price, support, and each party's responsibilities.

2. Accounts and trial

You may create a free account to try available features. Provide accurate account details, protect your password, and manage access for people you invite to your company workspace. Trial features may change during development and may not always be available. Online purchasing and payments are not currently offered.

Use test data only. Do not rely on the trial workspace to store real business records, operate your business, or issue official documents.

3. Feature and document limits

The platform may show sample quotations, invoices, tax calculations, vouchers, and electronic signing for evaluation. An invoice preview is not an approved tax invoice and must not be used for filing, collection, or submission to an authority. Trial signing does not verify signer identity or provide a qualified signature certificate. Check all outputs before using them outside the trial.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site and trial lawfully and within your assigned permissions. Do not attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service, upload harmful content, or enter information you lack the right to use. We may restrict access in response to misuse or security risk, subject to rights under applicable law.

5. Intellectual property and your data

Masaq retains rights in QAZRYN software, design, and branding unless a written agreement says otherwise. You retain rights in data you enter and grant us the permission needed to process it to run the trial under our Privacy Policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your data to us.

6. Availability and responsibility

The trial is under development and may change or pause for maintenance or remediation. We do not represent that its current form is ready for live commercial operations or regulatory compliance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves and will show the revision date on this page. UAE law governs these terms and Dubai courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction under applicable law. Questions: info@qazryn.com.
